This spacious and bright two-bedroom apartment will amaze you with its privileged location: its living room enjoys a wonderful view of Lake Lugano! This spacious room is tastefully and originally furnished: relax while reading a book and chatting with friends, admiring the view from the two comfortable sofas, one of which becomes a bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.).
Next to it, there is the dining area with a table for 4, facing the large window that leads to the spacious furnished terrace. Have lunch and dinner al fresco here in warm weather and enjoy the mild Ticino climate all year round! The separate kitchen is complete with appliances and everything you need to prepare meals like at home.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a French bed. There is also a comfortable desk for working and studying.
The apartment is completed by two bathrooms: one service bathroom and one complete with separate toilet and shower.
On nice days it is pleasant touse and enjoy the large garden of the house.
