Positive: Location. At the top of the mountain was great -very beautiful.

Negative: When we arrived at night nobody was there not even a security guard. We had the name of the apartment but there were no named apartments only about 50 numbered apartments so we had no idea which was ours. We phoned the owner, no reply. It was snowing hard and very cold. We phoned booking.com who said they understood our predicament and would get back to us right away with a solution. They left us high and dry not bothering to phone us.
