SECTION 1 : THE SPACE

It also offers a solid wood table produced by local artisans, with 6/8 seats. Cutlery and crockery provided.
KITCHEN
The kitchen offers everything you need to cook at home independently. In addition to the sink, 4-burner cooktop (gas), refrigerator with freezer, Samsung oven with traditional oven and microwave function, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, digital kettle to heat water, and newly installed Klarstein dishwasher. There are pots, dishes and cutlery for 6 people, which will allow you to enjoy a tasty dish without going to the restaurant.
MASTER BEDROOM (sleeps 4)
The master bedroom has direct access to the second terrace (12 sqm), with an exceptional view of Cima Piazzi, the iconic peak of the valley with its 3,439 meters (visible directly from the bed, for breakfast lovers under the covers!). It offers a double bed, as well as a bunk bed, a large wall cabinet, and a reading/smart working table. To sleep comfortably, we provide sheets, blankets, and pillows.
SECONDARY BEDROOM (sleeps 2)
The secondary bedroom offers a French double bed, a large two-door wardrobe, a vertical mirror, and a reading/smart working table. Equipped with access to the side balcony (6 sqm), with a partial view of the valley.
BATHROOM
In the bathroom you will find a sink, bidet, toilet and shower stall, as well as an electric boiler and an 8kg washing machine. Includes soap, shampoo, conditioner, detergents, and towels.
TERRACES AND SIDE BALCONY
The three-room apartment has 2 large terraces of 12 square meters each, connected to each other, with south/southwest exposure, perfect for enjoying the view and relaxing in the sun. I also offer a table for 8 people, 2 deckchairs, and a cable to hang the laundry, as well as 2 storage rooms. The terraces are accessed from both the living room and the bedroom.
The second bedroom instead accesses the 6-square-meter side balcony, facing the entrance of the condominium, and with a partial view of the valley, guaranteeing an excellent independent outlet for the secondary room as well.
GARAGE
Pine View also offers parking in a private garage of 18 square meters, ideal for a car and sports equipment, summer and/or winter.
SECTION 2: HOW TO ACCESS
All access and stay instructions will be sent to you in advance in the Airbnb chat, below is a brief summary for the first access.
Pine View is located on the second floor of the Pernice Bianca condominium, staircase B, at Via Le Ponti 60.
Access to Pine View is via a private road: there is a walkable or car-accessible slope that leads to the garage area, where you will find:
1) Black key box with keys, for the apartment and for the garage, next to the intercoms.
2) OWN GARAGE, included in the price: Going up the ramp, it is the second on the right, and with its 18 square meters it offers the necessary comfort to park a car and store sports, summer and/or winter equipment. FREE PARKING is also available both at the foot of the Pine View access ramp and at the Semogo sports center, about 200 meters from the ramp.
From the garage area, on the left there are about ten steps that lead to the access door, with an elevator to the floor. Go up to floor 2. Alternatively, you can reach the three-room apartment via two other flights of stairs.
SECTION 3 - OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The apartment is heated by electric radiators and the pellet fireplace, which is a plus of Pine View. We will provide you with a 15kg bag of pellets per day included in the price, which will allow you to heat the whole house without any problems.
Wifi is included in the price, you will find the password inside Pine View. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we will also provide you with a guide to the main attractions and restaurants/clubs in the area.
