All amenities are in the immediate area including supermarkets, bakeries and local markets. This stylish ground floor apartment comes with all mod cons including a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc. The spacious living room has a very comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV, Wi-Fi Internet and DVD. The bedroom and living room open onto a private terrace and garden where you can relax on sun loungers and enjoy an evening's barbecue with some nice French wine! Domaine Juan Fleur is just 20 minutes drive from Nice Airport and on a direct bus route. It is just a short stroll to the restaurants and nightlife of Juan Les Pins and Golfe Juan Marina. From here, the whole of the Cote D'Azur, Nice, Monaco, Italy and the quaint hill top villages, can be easily explored by car, bus or rail. For your convenience, we provide; free of charge, all bed linen, towels and beach towels so that you may travel light. For young families we also provide an infant travel cot, high chair and baby bath, again free of charge. There is also a secure private garage in the basement.
