Our apartment belongs to our seminar house and is often used by seminar guests. It has a nice bedroom, a very cozy living room with integrated kitchenette, a small entrance and a spacious bathroom with an infrared sauna for your excellent relaxation. Many guests love to climb up a ladder on the inside gallery, and to spend the night there. For children it is a safe play and sleeping space suited.
Around the seminar and apartment there is a private wooden terrace, a breakfast hut on the same level, our large, park-like mountain garden and house forest (6,000 square meters), which you can share a large part, and a private hut with a porch over the Victory Valley.
For you and your kids, we like to make children's books, books from our reference library (seminar room next door) and our extensive selection of games available.

You spend your days in a unique recreation area between Bergisch country and Westerwald.
