Sehr stylisches und in Zusammenarbeit zwischen Architekt / Innenarchitekt / Möbeldesigner realisiertes 1-Raum-Appartement (Schlafsofa!) mit separatem Duschbad, 31qm Wohnfläche, separatem, eigenen Eingang und Zugang zur Fasssauna. Alle Möbel als individuelle Sonderanfertigung, Küchenarbeitsplatte und Essbar Beton/ Holzeinlegearbeiten/ Epoxidharz. Duschbad mit Betonspachteltechnik, wobei aufgrund der sehr eingeschränkten Platzsituation Dusche und WC räumlich nicht getrennt werden konnten.

Grundsätzlich steht das gesamte Umfeld einschließlich der beiden Teiche, sowie die Reitanlage zur Verfügung. Lediglich die Stallungen selbst sollten nur nach Rücksprache mit den Pferdebesitzern betreten und die Pferde überhaupt nicht gestreichelt oder gefüttert werden.
Gerne kann Reitunterricht oder ein Geländeritt gebucht werden; bitte kontaktieren Sie das Reitzentrum direkt.
Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen im Vierseitenhof Hexenburg eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur Verfügung (Gebühr jeweils 5€).
