Summary: Good location to explore Munich. 5 minutes to S-line station. Well stocked supermarket over the road - although not open Sundays (as seems to be the case everywhere in Bavaria/Austria). Comfy bed. Kitchen has enough pots/pans etc to allow you to cook simple meals for yourself.
