Very central location: a 5-10 minute walk to Rheydter Station. 30 minutes to Messe Dusseldorf or Cologne Messe. 30 minutes to the Dusseldorf airport. 10 minutes by car to the Borussia Park Stadium. The A61, AS Wickrath, can be reached in 3 minutes. Parking (for trucks) in front of the house.
