Spacious and comfortable living area with vaulted ceilings, a brand new, fully equipped, chef's kitchen, a 900-sq foot deck with outdoor couches & dining area, large outdoor grill, heated concrete floors, wood burning stove, movie projector and thoughtfully selected furniture and finishings.
The space
Our home is tucked away at the end of a cul de sac - NO views of neighbours, only mountains, forest and ocean.
The master bedroom (king) with en suite bath, open concept loft (queen) plus separate entrance garage suite with 2 queens, full bath and kitchenette are available for guests. Brand new custom sauna and cold plunge available upon request.
We built our home in the most health conscious and sustainable way possible, with an organic latex king mattress, non-plastic containing appliances and HRV system, non-formaldehyde insulating materials, "colour-house" paint (beyond zero VOC's), food grade concrete seal.
The Cedar House is ideally located, with world-class, outdoor, amenities at our doorstep: 300 meters to the ocean (5-min walk), 5-min drive to hiking trails, 7-min drive to the Sea to Sky Gondola & Shannon Falls, 12-min drive to some of the worlds best mountain biking, 40-min to Whistler (skiing/boarding, biking, hiking), 35-min to Vancouver.
