This bright, 2 story waterfront cottage has open concept kitchen, livingroom and dining room with breathtaking views through 21' of bay windows. The main floor boasts stunning oak floors with tongue and groove pine walls throughout. Surround sound entertainment with a 52" tv (Over 150 movies DVD and VHS in collection). There is also a 46" HD LCD TV and games in separate room for the kids!
The 100' frontage of southern exposure, boasts crystal clear waters for canoeing or kayaking, and for enjoying the beautiful sunsets!
The shallow lake has easy entrance to gradual slope. Main dock is 6' x 42' cedar dock with 12' x 18' deck at end -( ladder in shallow end for kiddies entrance) and set of boat mooring whips. A second 20' dock for paddle boat, 2 kayaks, and canoe. Also enjoy the horseshoe pit, badminton and basketball court. BBQ has a direct line propane (no tanks to fill). Enjoy an evening relaxing and stargazing on the dock or around the outdoor fire pit roasting marshmallows!
In the winter, you can enjoy cross-country skiing or snowshoeing on the lake or in the green belts. Downhill skiing is also available within a one hour drive to Mount St. Louis, or Horseshoe Valley.
