Positive: The apartment is clean and tidy, we can't complain. It has a bit retro design, but it's stylish. Nice view to the lake from the garden.

Negative: There is a 300 CHF "damage deposit" which is due to pay 14 days before arrival. Since we booked last minute, we were not careful enough to notice this (our fault ofc), but the management was also not flexible, and helpful at all. They have their own special link to pay it, which is always suspicious (for scams), and Booking has no responsibility over it. We wished to pay it in cash, to a living person, but they declined it (also because there is no staff on the spot). Of course the credit card was declined too (to which they said to contact our bank [it would have taken a fortune from Switzerland]). We managed to pay it with a debit card and got the money back (within 14 days), that's why it's Legit, but the process is not guest-friendly at all, and uncomfortable for someone on a vacation. Destroyed the experience for us.
