More information by the provider: Our apartment Breithorn is on the top floor of our Chalet Norbert, located above Lax, a Valais village in the district of Goms, just below the Aletsch Glacier and is the perfect starting point for all kinds of mountain adventures. The town centre, with supermarket, cash points, tourist information and railway station, is just 10 minutes’ walk away. The chalet is surrounded by forest, meadows and pasture. Special features Our apartment ist characterised by its generous size, with 75m2 for you to enjoy. High wooden ceilings, plenty of sunlight and a panoramic view of the mountains, like being at the summit! Lax is located in the region of Aletsch, at the gateway to Goms. Here, you are far away from mass tourism, but you benefit from the infrastructure of the tourist village of Fiesch (3km). In Lax, a bus runs straight to the chairlift in Fiesch that takes you to the Aletsch Arena ski area. You are also within reach of the Aletsch Glacier (on foot), Binntal (on foot), Zermatt, Fee and Domodossola, among others. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms with two or three beds, as well as a comfortable dining area and a breakfast bar towards the kitchen, for relaxation.
