Positive: We had an excellent stay at this apartment and couldn’t be happier with our choice. The hosts are incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive — they replied immediately to every question and genuinely took care of everything we needed before and during our stay. The apartment itself is extremely beautiful, modern, and very cozy. It was always perfectly warm, spotlessly clean, and well equipped with all necessary appliances. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the TV offered everything you could possibly want. You can really feel that a lot of thought has gone into making guests comfortable. The view is simply perfect. In the middle of the living room there is a staircase leading up to a lovely terrace with two comfortable sofas and an amazing view — a wonderful spot to relax. The location is outstanding: very central, in a safe and quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of Bahnhofstrasse, major shops, cafés, and restaurants, and right next to the lake. Everything is easily accessible on foot. The apartment has one bedroom but can comfortably accommodate up to six people, as the living room sofas convert into two additional beds along with the double bed in the bedroom. There is one WC and one large bathroom with a very nice shower, which is extremely convenient. Overall, this is a stylish, modern, perfectly located apartment with exceptional hosts. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zurich.
