Positive: The view of the Matterhorn right from the unit windows. Glasses, cups, bowls, plates, cutlery were adequately provided. Hot shower is fine.

Negative: 1) The red bus wasn't in operation when we checked in, the uphill walk all the way was very challenging even with our small luggages. 2) The coffee machine was not working properly, the coffee powder funnel pops out when the water in the reservoir finishes, and because the surface on which the coffee machine is sitting is not flat, the funnel swings out and the boiling coffee splashed out from the funnel. I had to clean up the mess the 1st time I made coffee, subsequently, I stayed around to make sure no more coffee splashing. 3) The pillows go completely flat when laid upon, like we're not resting our heads on any pillows. 4) No shower gel and shampoo was provided in the apartment, only hand soap and dish washing detergent. 5) Kitchen scissors are not usable, no wine bottle opener. 6) No English channel on TV. 7) Covers on the 2 low chairs with the coffee table look unclean, we didn't sit on them. 8 ) First time in my years of travelling that I am required to remove bed linens for the service provider before check out. 9) No directions given for the whereabouts of the garbage collection bin to which we were required to disposed off our garbage from the room, it took us quite a bit of effort and time to find the collection bin.
