It is particularly suitable for families with children and invites you to take a relaxing break on the beautiful Baltic island of Poel. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet residential complex and has a terrace with a directly adjacent meadow to let off steam. There is also a playground and parking space. It is only a 5-minute walk to the Kirchdorf harbor. The open Baltic Sea is only 1.1 km away.

As a seaside resort, it offers excellent excursions by bike and on foot, but several cities (see surroundings) can also be reached quickly by car. There are many shops, cafes, restaurants and beaches with white sand and wicker chairs. There are also several playgrounds, mini golf courses, a water sports school and a quiet cliff. Those who want more action can enjoy fishing trips, bike rentals, a riding stable, boat trips to Boltenhagen, Rerik, Lübeck or a seal sand bank.

Day trips for shopping, relaxation and education are possible, especially to Wismar (18 min), which can be seen from Poel. Bad Doberan (40 min), Schwerin (40 min), Rostock / Warnemünde (47 min) and Lübeck (60 min) are also easily accessible by car.
