Our "hut" at a glance:
It is a completely separate, hut-like, comfortably cozy 3.5-room attic apartment, centrally and quietly located in the original Upper Bavarian mountain village of Mittenwald.
It has a secluded loggia with undisturbed "1a Alpen Panorama", 2 bedrooms, bathroom, 2nd WC, and it offers FULL equipment in every respect. It is close to the village center (5min) AND to the hiking + ski area (starting at the house). A car parking space is available.

It is a totally separate, cozy, cottage-like apartment in the entire attic of a renovated 90-year-old local-style country house.
Although an "old" house, it is equipped with all modern facilities, from InternetTV and video- cinema + DVD collection etc to microwave\ oven + dishwasher\ washing machine, 3D shower, to e-grill + Internet via WiFi and Amazon "Alexa".
We offer 2 bedrooms: one with queen- size double bed, the other with 2m bunk bed. In addition, there is (optionally bookable) a pull-out bed in the living room and a baby crib.
We offer a bathroom with 3D shower and washing machine and a separate 2nd toilet. A fully equipped kitchen with dining area is adjacent to the living room. A cozy brick stove can supplement the central heating.
The completely secluded loggia, accessible from the living room and bedroom, offers a breathtaking NE to SW panoramic view of the mountains opposite ("Karwendel", 2400m high, cable car) and across the market Mittenwald, towards the central Alps.
