From the small, high-quality residential unit with only 5 apartments, you can reach the Baltic Sea with the extensive beach promenade, the port of Niendorf, the bakery, restaurants and cafés in just 3 minutes on foot.
Enjoy your vacation in the 75 sqm, bright apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows, south-west balcony and electric sun awning. You get from the comfortable semi-open kitchen into the spacious living-dining area, just to relax. When furnishing the apartment and building the house, high quality materials were used. In the 2 separate bedrooms with double beds (180x200 and 140x200) and TV you can expect high sleeping comfort with height-adjustable slatted frames. The apartment is equipped with Loewe TVs, music system and free internet access via WLAN. The high-quality bathroom with plenty of natural light is equipped with a glass comfort shower, underfloor heating and a towel warmer. In the apartment there is a small utility room with a washer dryer.
The house has an elevator and a wellness area with a Klafs premium sauna / sanarium with a starry sky, an elliptical machine and an ergometer.
