Not only are you perfectly situated to enjoy the ski hill and bike park, but you are also just steps from some of the best shops, restaurants, cafes and apres ski pubs in town. You can park the car for the duration of your stay and easily access all of the shopping, dining and recreation options offered by Whistler Village as they are literally right out the front door steps of the complex. Soak in the views of the surrounding mountains and happening "Mountain Square" and Village Stroll below from the living room window bench of this 4th floor condo. This property is equipped with everything you need to make the most of your time in Whistler! Enjoy the open concept main living space with a full kitchen that has everything you need to cook, a dining table that seats 4 as well as a cozy living space and reading nook. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, a large closet and smart TV. Both a murphy bed, as well as a pull out sofa can be used for additional sleeping in the large main living space. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo with a jetted tub, warm those feet up on the heated entry floor and enjoy the added bonus of having a washing machine and dryer in the property.

COMPLEX: THE CARLETON LODGE
The location of the Carleton Lodge can not be beaten! It is the closest building to the base of the ski hill and both the Whistler and Excalibur Gondolas giving you the option to easily upload to either mountain at the start of your day. Perfect for rolling out of bed to drop the kids at ski school or grab a coffee within just a few steps. The Carleton Lodge is home to the world-famous Longhorn Saloon apres-ski pub. Building amenities include underground parking, two private ski lockers for your exclusive use and secure shared complex bike storage is available.

- Ski-in, ski-out ability depends on the snow levels and lift operations. You can typically ski-in and out between mid - December and end of March. You can call our reservation agents a few days before your arrival to get an update on current conditions.

HOUSE RULES
No smoking, no pets, no parties, no skis or bikes permitted inside units. Minimum booking age of 25. Base occupancy is 2 adults and max occupancy is 4 adults. The third and the fourth adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 75% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 45 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 45 days before check-in.
