At CASA BRICK it is the red brick that is the absolute protagonist, composing the interiors and exteriors, even the floors, in an essential and charming leitmotif. The furnishings throughout the house are minimal, designed to be functional both for everyday life and for devoting oneself to study and work.
The long staircase that runs through the house provides first access to the sleeping area, which consists of 3 bedrooms: the first is a master bedroom with a closet; the second is a bedroom with a single bed, connected (without a door) to a third small bedroom with a single bed (with another pull-out bed), both furnished with a glass table, perfect for doing office work for business stays.
Climbing the staircase, you enter the living area, which is closed off to the side and completely open to the front, giving a special slant to the view of Lake Lugano and showing a glimpse of the village of Porto Ceresio. To enjoy this view from inside, you can sit on the sofas in the relaxation area, where you can read a book or watch a movie, or sit at the dining table, facing the modern, fully equipped kitchen. Outside, the terrace offers the best view, to be admired while sitting and sipping a good coffee or local wine.
There are 3 bathrooms, one small service bathroom, one full bathroom with shower, and one with shower only, connected to the sauna, available to guests.
Finally, there is the laundry room with washing machine.
The house also has a small garden.
A set of towels is included in the stay for each person, along with sheets and blankets and toiletries. We also leave a basket with the necessities for a breakfast.
Wifi is free and available to guests.
The house has private outdoor parking on the street in front of the house.

For check-out, we kindly ask that you notify us about 24 hours before your check-out time: a member of our staff will meet you to check the apartment and greet you upon departure.
