From the house you have a very nice view of the valley and the mountains. Our direct vicinity to the house offers terraces and enough space to move to the neighboring properties. The Portalbahn and the Pradaschier ski lifts are 500 meters from the house and can also be reached on skis. Under the house is the ice rink for hockey, curling and ice skating, swimming pool, soccer field and other parking spaces.
