Positive: The apartment was very nice, clean, comfortable with good size bedrooms. Very nice up to date kitchen and bathrooms. Beautiful view of the Matterhorn from the kitchen and living room windows. Was very quiet, no disturbances. Great storage for our skis. Close to a ski bus stop

Negative: We only were given one key for 6 adults. Was very hard to manage. Finally a couple of days in we went to the office and got 2 more. Ask right away for more! Only give you one garbage bag, have to buy more. There is no wood for a fire, hard starting at a nice fireplace and can't use it, esp after a long day of skiing. There is also a sauna in the basement but we could not use that As other comments have said, it's up a very steep hill. Definitely take a taxi or the free ski bus up with your luggage. It's walkable to town for going out, dinner, groceries. The lifts for me were not walkable in ski boots, too far. My sons did it once or twice. The temperature was very hard to regulate. Got really hot at night, had to open the windows.
