Quiet and sunny location with fantastic view to the surrounding mountains. Balcony and patio is available. Perfect situation for nature lovers, sportspersons and families. The ski lift Lauenen is in close proximity to the chalet. 1 opened parking space is available in front of the left garage door. Storage room for sports equipment as well as laundry with washing for common use are in the basement. Lauenen is accesible by car (Bern-Thun-Spiez-Zweisimmen-Gstaad, Bulle-Château-dOex-Gstaad, Aigle-Col du Pillon-Gstaad) and also by public transport (train from Zweisimmen or Montreux, postal bus from Gstaad).
