Positive: Wohnung3 was awesome, warm, cozy in Schönau and had superb view of mountains from the balcony. It has 2 balconies. Kitchen has everything, toilett and washrooms are large enough. Stairs upto the 2nd floor were easier to go up than expected. Owner (Martin) reminded me of one my relative, who I consider the best human in the world. We had our space to us. Check in was possible upto late in the evening which was good as we travelled via public transport. 1 bus stop 5 mins away and another 15 mins away. Walk from Königsee to the apartment takes around 30-40 mins so you don't have to catch the last bus (7-8 Pm).

Negative: Nothing really. Just the wooden floor would make sound at some spots if you walk over them which made me conscious during the late night as I didn't want to disturb the people living below us on 1st floor.

Summary: Everything TOP. Superb. I will come again gladly.
