This apartment is located in a small rental building.
It's a small but cozy studio with a Full-size bed. The unit has a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge.

There is a shared free laundry ( entrance of the side of the building leading to the backyard).

In addition, there is a shared restroom with a TV for 6 units.

The Neighborhood:
Located in one of the most beautiful and historic areas of Halifax. Only a five minute walk to the Halifax Farmer's Market and waterfront. Wonderful and unique selection of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Only a 5-8 minute walk to the grocery store, and NSLC. Darrel's makes a mean peanut butter burger and has a great patio. Lots of great shopping on Spring Garden and Barrington - both only a 10 minute walk away!

Getting Around:
Neighbourhood is very walkable. There is a bus line only a few steps from the front door which is very convenient. Parking is limited in the area - there is free parking outside the house but only from 6pm to 8am.

Other Things to Note:
There is no cable TV.
There’s no AC.
